Quickie does not contain SPF, so we still recommend sunscreen during the day.

Most people use a Quickie either in the morning or before bed, usually whichever time they're not washing their face in the shower. Then another after a workout, a flight, a hot day, or whenever else they're in the mood for a refresh.
